minimum requirements

• at least 2 years of  e-bike lithium ion battery after sales experiences
• experiences in working in company of  lithium ion battery company for e-bike or e-bike company would be an advantage
• english and/or chinese would be an advantage

job specifications

• to liaise on various after sales issues for lithium ion battery for e-bike  with e-bike manufacturers and their customer including end customer
• to inspect and repair the defective batteries
• to closely interact with our partner's service and parts staff
